I purchased my first camera in 1977 in anticipation of a seven day raft trip through the Grand Canyon. Fifty two rolls of Kodachrome later, I produced a slide show for my friends and family. Encouraged by a positive response, I continued to photograph the things I was passionate about.
I was mentored for two years by nationally renowned office furniture photographer Earl Woods, who taught me the intrinsic qualities of light and shadow and how to control them both.
As a Grand Rapids photographer, I have been published in local and national media and take great pride in my work and customer service.
Currently I specialize in Business to Business work such as advertising photography, editorial, architectural interiors and exteriors, executive portraiture, product photography and more.
